miRNA sequencing Services
miRNAs play a significant role in gene expression regulation and has a potential as disease biomarkers. The QIAgen QIAseq miRNA Library preparation kit is designed for low input Total RNA samples. The method works by ligation of the adapter to both the 3' end and 5' end of RNA molecules enabling universal reverse transcription and library preparation of mature miRNA.
